These terms govern your registration for and attendance at The Reparenting Masterclass, operated by Aasha Empower.
What you are buying
A seat at a single live online session of approximately 3 hours, delivered over Zoom on the date shown at the time of purchase, together with the bonus materials described on the registration page.
The session is live only. We do not provide a recording. If you cannot attend, see the refund and cancellation policy.
This is coaching, not therapy
The masterclass is an educational and coaching programme. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or medical treatment, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship, even though it is led by a qualified professional.
It is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional. If you are currently in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or living with untreated trauma, please seek professional care first. In India you can reach Tele-MANAS at 14416, toll-free, 24×7.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing during and after the session.
No guaranteed outcome
Experiences described on the registration page are individual and are not a promise of any particular result. We make no guarantee about the outcomes you will achieve.
Your conduct in the session
Participation is voluntary throughout — you are never required to speak or turn your camera on.
What other participants share in the room is confidential. Do not record, screenshot, or repeat it outside the session.
We may remove anyone whose conduct is abusive or disruptive, without a refund.
Intellectual property
All session content, frameworks (including the Reparenting Wound Map), workbooks and bonus materials remain our property. They are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not record, reproduce, resell or teach this material without our written permission.
Changes and cancellation by us
We may need to reschedule a session. If we do, your seat moves to the new date automatically and you may request a full refund instead.
If we cancel a session entirely and do not offer an alternative date, we will refund you in full.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your registration is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the masterclass is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
