A new relationship with yourself
Reparenting is the practice of offering yourself the care, protection and guidance you needed growing up.
It begins with noticing a familiar response: saying yes when you need rest, feeling guilty about a boundary, or being harder on yourself than you would be on anyone else.
You do not have to be a parent to begin. This is a space to understand your own experience.

Dr. Sharmila
Clinical psychologist · aasha.empower
Dr. Sharmila brings attachment theory and childhood-adversity research into everyday language, helping you reflect on the patterns that show up in your relationships, work and sense of self.
In this masterclass, she guides you through the ideas behind reparenting, a personal reflection exercise and a first practice to take into daily life.
Psychology explained without assuming prior knowledge.
Guided reflection, with space to listen and write privately.
Five parts of everyday life
A pattern can show up in more than one place. These questions offer a starting point for reflection.

Family
Explore the difference between being available and feeling responsible for everyone.

Money
Reflect on the beliefs and feelings you bring to everyday money decisions.

Work
Notice when proving yourself makes it difficult to pause or set a limit.

Health
Make room to notice your energy, your limits and the need for everyday care.

Self-worth
Begin recognising the inner critic and exploring a kinder response.
Illustrative scenes. Your experience may look different.
The Reparenting Wound Map
In the session, guided journaling helps you reflect on familiar ways of responding and what you might need instead.
A reflection framework, not a diagnosis or a fixed label. You may recognise more than one pattern.
What would it mean to rest without earning it first?
Where could your own needs have a little more space?
What helps you feel supported when uncertainty appears?
What might accepting a little support look like?
Recognised a pattern of your own?

Where this goes
The masterclass is a complete session on its own. If you want to go further afterwards, two optional programmes follow — separately paid, and not included with this ticket.
Honest limits
This is a coaching masterclass. It is not therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a licensed mental-health professional.
Coaching helps you build new patterns going forward; therapy helps you process and heal specific trauma. Some people need both — and that is a normal, healthy outcome of this session.
If the material brings something heavy up, we will say so plainly in the room, and we maintain a vetted list of therapists we can point you to. You can ask for it at any time.
If you are in crisis right now. Please contact Tele-MANAS at 14416 (toll-free, 24×7, Government of India) or reach out to a local emergency service. Please do not wait for this masterclass.
Before you decide
No. This is a coaching masterclass led by Dr. Sharmila. It teaches a framework and a practice — it is not therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace working with a licensed mental-health professional. If the session surfaces something that belongs in therapy, we will tell you so directly and can point you to a vetted referral list.
No. This is a live session with guided exercises and live journaling, and it only works if you are actually in the room. We recommend blocking the full three hours in your calendar.
Anyone who keeps running into the same pattern — with family, with money, at work, with their own body — and suspects the root is older than the situation in front of them. You do not need any prior knowledge of psychology.
Never. Participation is entirely optional. Most of the work is private journaling and guided practice. You can attend with your camera off the whole way through.
That is normal for this material and we plan for it. Dr. Sharmila closes the session with guidance on what to do if the day brought something heavy up, and our team is reachable afterwards. We will also share how to access a vetted therapist referral list.
Your confirmation email includes your receipt and available joining details. You can also find the cohort’s Zoom and WhatsApp group links on your confirmation page. Session reminders are sent by email. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder and then write to support@aashaempower.com.
Check your inbox and spam folder for a mail from support@aashaempower.com. If it still hasn't arrived, write to us from the email address you registered with and we will resend your access details.
Because seats are limited and the bonuses are delivered around the session, we do not offer refunds once you have registered. If you cannot attend, write to us before the session and we will move your seat to the next cohort.
