Privacy policy

When you register we collect your name, email address, mobile number and, optionally, your city. We also record the marketing parameters in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid), the page you landed on, the referring website and your browser's user-agent string.

When you pay, our payment gateway (Razorpay) collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials. We store only the payment reference, amount, status and method that Razorpay returns to us.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, clinical or medical information. Anything you write during the session's journaling exercises stays with you — it is not submitted to us.

To deliver what you paid for: sending your receipt, the joining link and session reminders by email and WhatsApp.

To operate the business: reconciling payments, answering support requests, and understanding which marketing channels bring people to this page.

To improve the programme: looking at aggregate registration and attendance patterns. We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions about you.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure page views, form submissions and completed purchases. These tools set cookies and may share a hashed identifier with Google and Meta so that advertising performance can be measured.

You can opt out using your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The registration and payment flow works normally with these tools blocked.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run this programme: our payment gateway (Razorpay), our email delivery provider, our WhatsApp messaging provider, our hosting and database providers, and our analytics providers named above.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Registration and payment records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law, and then deleted or anonymised.

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so except where we are legally obliged to retain a transaction record.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing messages, by writing to support@aashaempower.com from the address you registered with. We will respond within 30 days.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Payment card data never touches our servers.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
